I have been receiving spam mail at my business email from this companies servers for over 2 years now. They provide a link in the spam to unsubscribe my email address. The link doesnt work. The spam mails keep coming. The content of the spam is of a sexual and/or pornographic nature. I have complained to the managers of the company, Ramona Ricci and James Anderson, using their email [protected]@gmail.com registered contact email. They have never responded and have not removed my email address from their spam lists. I have sent a complaint to 12 district congressman Dennis Ross in Florida. He hasnt responded and nothing has been done. I am sick of this company sending me crap. Can the complaints board have the problem resolved. My affected email address is [protected]@mail.com.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Your congressman could care less about email complaints. The government body in charge of that is your state Attorney General. They take this very seriously! Save your emails and links that are not working as they legally should be. Take screenshots of all the things you get. If your legitimately opted out via the unsubscribe and they have not taken you off the list after 10 days, you can sue them for $10, 000 per infraction. Send all of that information, including the emails you received and also the ones you sent to the company asking to be removed.
These companies run a bunch of fake email companies where they claim to send legitimate email, but instead send highly Incentivized or porn traffic to fool their customers into thinking it "traffic" and "legitimate " people responding to Their ads.

Also, go on LinkedIn and Facebook and look up Shannon Groth of eliteemailllc. She is the person behind the emails and behind her is BMIELITE.com, the company that brokers the business to her.
No coincidence they use elite in their names...
