Store was advertised as QVC

My order was confirmed with a detailed receipt

I signed up as a client and was sent a welcoming email.

There was and Account security verification email.

They did not accept PayPal and I used my Visa Debit Card.

I became uncomfortable after a scam check and called the bank who advised that although the payment was listed as pending it had already been paid.

They told me to cancel the order and put in a claim to Visa. My cancellation email was undeliverable.

My Visa claim also returned as undeliverable.

The Visa claim has a 10 day limit.

I received notification of shipping so decided to track the order.

When it was delivered it was not as ordered.

I checked the store on line and found no notification of my membership listed

I was contacted for feedback on my delivery and complained. There has been no acknowledgement of my complaint.

I believe I am out of time to access a refund from Visa.

I logged into the rpseieau site and they are still advertising the dog bed for humans. 2 for 1 offer.
