I was on Facebook marketplace saw an advertisement for electric bikes. I should’ve known the price was unbelievable but I went in order to. I believe the website was www.tianano.com they charge me $80 And I waited almost 2 months, just to receive two pair of cheap sunglasses and now I’m stuck with these damn glasses that I can’t use and shorted $80 possibly board coming to find out that they steal your information. Hopefully no more charges are put on my credit card..

I got exactly the same! Package contained a small scrap of material in the form of a small tie. It should have been 3 x collapsible storage boxes. I contacted the company to complain and they apologised that it was an error on part of the distribution company and if I wished for a refund to return it. I knew this was a scam and they thought I would be put off by the cost of returning but I did as signed for. They have agreed to refund on receipt of the returned goods so waiting to here from them!
Placed no order had to pay 5 Euro and received a worthless key holder

ATTENTION this is a real theft. Do not buy anything from these individuals because everything they negotiate is fake and to steal customers. I negotiated a scooter and ended up getting a useless handkerchief. Please note that the brand HASHOSH IS ALSO INTO THIS SCAM.
I am from England and just received 10 toothbrushes from this company. I have never even heard of this company let alone ordered anything from them yet they had my name, number and address right, it's all very worrying.

I ordered 2 x electronic game tables again from an advert on Facebook marketplace and received today a pack of 10 toobrushes. Order placed 15/12 received today my wonderful plastic toothbrushes. This company is a scam.
Ordered a games table received a pair of gloves been scammed 3 times by these fake company this Christmas disgusting
I ordered a laser engraver I got a cheap necklace. I E mailed customer service at least 6 times no reply no cancelation like I asked
It's now in hands of my credit card company fraud dept

We ordered a remote controlled lawn mower and got a cake and spoon set sent to us.
I didn't order anything from that so called co., but I received a useless, good for nothing pair of sunglasses, and my credit card was charged almost $ 100. My full name on the envelope, address, and mobile no. was correct. I wanted to ask them to show me where did they get my details from and show me when did I order those useless rubbish, but there is no mobile or email address to write any message.

If your parcel was also from ZYYMHM they have a contact number on the packaging label; I have attached a photo of this.

But I have a question: because it is a fraudulent company, who are the scammers, or whatever you call them, they already know my details (I don't know from where) so I have to change my address, phone number, bank card number and of course my name too? What kind of horrible people are there? And they can do anything whatever they want.
I received a charge on my cc for 220.00 from them! I don’t know who they are and tried to email them they won’t email u at all! So I looked them up n they are on Facebook stuff I would never order I see seat covers n cloths some Chinese place well I never order anything and I am having a hard time with the cc company wells far go won’t give me my money back! Half of the people can’t even speak proper English. I’m sorry not to be mean. But still they are telling me that it came from my IP address. Well let me tell you something now how many people can get your IP address out there I told them to do their homework and look into it more it’s not for me and if you go on my history on the credit card company you see I never ordered from companies like this like seriously who the hell is working for them [censored]s that’s who’s working? Now I’m fighting to get my money back and this is Ridiculous
I received a knee brace (very cheaply made) in the mail which I never ordered! WTH is going on? I am not responsible for this scammer trying to send this to me. I didn't order it and under federal law, I do not have to pay...if an invoice is sent to me. Contacting the police and BBB
It’s the standard practice to advertise great product send you crap then ask to send it back and blame distribution centre. It’s a total scam. They say they will refund but won’t. We need to find and share their active sales websites then bombard them with real reviews. Their sales websites are not under same name as ZYYMHM
