This warranty is a total rip off. We purchased a leather loveseat and couch from Lazy Boy and decided that it would be a good idea to purchase an extended warranty through Zucora home. After having the set for a little over a year, the leather started peeling on one of the cushions. The cushion was replaced by Zucora. Then the other cushions started peeling and when the technician showed up to replace the cushions, he only had one new cushion. We were under the impression that all 4 cushions were going to be replaced. We are now told that the leather is no longer available so the repair cannot be done. They are offering us the price of the loveseat only, minus the taxes and cost of the warranty as part of a reselection credit. Why should we be out of pocket for the cost of a new leather sofa and loveseat when the set is only two years old? Lazy Boy is not much better as they basically offered little to no help to us.

Desired outcome: Want the couch and loveseat replaced by a similar set at no cost to us.
