The company name per website is Zoolase.com which I purchased on 09/02/2022.
Receive on 9/2/22 both items. Set up per the instructional manual. California has been dealing with a horrendous heat wave. The equipment did not cool the rooms they felt like a sauna and we used them in a small room. The ice bottles did not work. We put them at the coolest level to no avail. I immediately e-mail the company that the equipment did not perform as advertised. Requested our money back and to let me know what I need to return items (2).
I received an e-mail basically telling me that I had ordered a portable air cooler.
This is incorrect, I ordered two Air Conditioners at a cost of $199.97 each ($399.94 for both) I have attached the e-mail correspondence.
They are saying if I return them they will charge me a re-stocking fee of 35% (the average re-stocking fee is between 12% to 14%) which is ridiculous. I just want my money back and they can have their air-coolers back and they are falsely advertising their product. Thank you as they are taking advantage of false advertising and not shipping items as described on their website. Thank you
Desired outcome: Return the money that I paid and honor what they are advertising. Would like to know why they advertise as an air-conditioner when it is fact it created hot humid air. Even though we had it in a Cool setting. Just want to return items and return my money.
