Zito Media review: Internet service provider

I am filling an official complaint against Zito Media.

Zito Media sold me for a 1 Gig Speed Internet (1 Gb) $89.95 package for 10 months ago. I have never 1 time had the internet speed I am paying for. Recently a technician came to my home and explained that the cable network system in this area is over 40 years old and it’s not possible for me to receive 1 Gig of speed. An 8 core cable with 4 twisted pairs is required to transmit 1 Gbps. Zito Media had deliberately over charged me for internet they could not possibly provide in my area for 10 months. To make matter even worse the internet is frequently out of service in my area for days with no phone call or explanation of why the service was interrupted.

When I call to discuss the situation, they will not credit me for disruption of services or credit my account billing back to the lower internet speed they can provide which is billed out at $49.99 per month. Thus, they have deliberately stolen $500.00 from me over 10 months by overcharging me for services they could not deliver.
