ZDPI review: Charged my frontier bill $ 131.10

Do not know who these people are, never called them or used their services, do not get collect calls or use operated assisted calls. Frontier will not remove these charges. told to call ZDPI, which I did, they said they could not remove the calls but to wait 2 or 3 billings and see if a credit could be offered. Frontier is telling me that if I do not pay the phone bill, I will be disconnected , and turned into collections must pay by July 12 th. or July 19th. I have told them I will not pay for something I have not even used in any way. I have spent so many hours on frontiers chat and just get sent to other people over and over again, all asking the same questions over and over again , once I was told that I had exceeded my allowed attempts and they were discarding the task for now. they could let me start another chat whenever I was ready. This is insane. I have no options, and not only won't pay for this theft, but I am unable to as well, as I am almost 80 and live on a mere $703.00 ss a month. How can a company get away with this?
