Phone Service
I run a Healthcare Facility in Sweetser Indiana. Prefix 384 phone service.
Sweetser Phone Company is our provider.
Our phone lines are out 4 times per month. We run a healthcare facility with lives at stake. Zayo is the line provider to Sweetser Phone Co. Zayo is not providing us with consistent phone connections, which puts our patients health and safety at risk. We are not able to use cell phones at our reception area. We have to have business lines/extensions. This has gone on for over a year. Sweetser Phone Company always says there is nothing they can do, it is Zayo's issue?
Desired outcome: We have to have a workaround phone system to handle 911 events. Zayo needs to identify why all phones with 384 prefix goes out twice a month.
