On July 9th, 2022 I received an email under the title of a Walmart gift reward survey that only required that I pay $1.95 shipping cost. I completed the survey and authorized the shipping cost. On the 10th of July 2022 my cash card reported two withdrawals one for the shipping that I authorized and another for $89.95 to Zany savings club that was not knowingly or intentionally authorized by me. I revisited the email and went through the survey process again to see if there was any small print information I may have overlooked but there was none. I searched for contact information for Zany Savings Club and there was none. I entered the name into the search engine and there was no real website just more survey scam items. That settled it for me that I was stolen from, scammed, through a reward offer. I would like my money refunded. It's sad that most people will be fooled because they can't see these reviews until the scam is complete.
What are the steps to get the federal governing agencies involved that deal with cyber thief?
Lesson learned. No more response to those type of emails without checking for reviews first.
Desired outcome: I would like my money refunded and this false company exposed so that they are no longer able to scam others. Shut them down please.
Today, I too received an email which stated that I had won this Ninja device for only $1.95 shipping. They immediately sent another email, the same as the first one with the homes that i would be preoccupied while they disseminate my credit card information. I immediately became suspicious as I had put in my credit card and address. Within 2 minutes my credit card company called to ask if I authorized Zaney Savings $1.95. They explained that this group is a fraud, and we immediately canceled my credit card. This group is a scam and they have no connections with Walmart. They use home Depot, Lowes with the express intent of getting your information for future scams.
My credit card company said the scammers start my using small charges to test your accounts. " If it is too good to be true, don't fall for it"
My Comme t is the se as above. I allowed the $1.95 transaction but knew nothing of the $89.95 I did not allow this and I will dispute the transactions. Do not take money from my account that I did NOT agree too.
I too fell victim of this scam, I took a picture of the "order details" and have tried (unsuccessfully) to reach a website. Fortunately, I had my card disabled as I thought I had misplaced it so the charge for $89.95 did not go through. How do I find this company and make sure they will not attempt a charge again? It shows only as "Savings Deal Club" and nowhere did I agree to any charges other than the $1.95 shipping charge to receive my reward for completing the WalMart survey. Any suggestions are appreciated! I would rather not have to replace my card...guess I will work on getting a virtual card to use in the future!
I also was just charged. 99.95 zaneys savings club at 9:27 this evening. I did not authorize this but I did the 1.95 shipping charge for Walmart like others have mentioned. This is theft and I want my money back.

Never received product discribed charged1.95 which was authorized and a charge for 99.95 which not authorized want monies refunded
Just had a negative experience this morning. My credit card company contacted me about my "purchase." I filled out a survey about Lowe's and paid $1.95 for postage for a Dewalt charger. I was billed $99.00 on this transaction, for what I don't know since I haven't received any information from them. I wouldn't even know the name of the company except for the fact that my cc company informed me. This is purely a scam and somebody should be nailing this company with criminal charges.
Same happened to me and the bank says they can do nothing because I gave them my debit card number
i was suppose to get charge $1.95 for a gift gas card instead i got charge $1.95 and $99.95 the $1.95 was suppose to be for the shipping
