I recently bought a car radio from cash crusaders Klerksdorp, Flamwood.
Unfortunately the radio was to big and couldn't be fitted into my car.
I went back to cash crusaders today (29/11/2020) to exchange for a radio that would fit.
I took the console with to get the correct size to fit. Unfortunately me and the salesman could not fit a size to fit my car.
I requested to get my money back, to go to the cash crusaders branch at Checkers.
I was highly disappointed with the service I got because the salesman and manager refused to give me my money back.
I would like a answer back from cash crusaders management

I was taken aback when I was told by the cashier in klerksdorp at the cash crusaders that I could not use my rcs card there at the cash crusaders checkers hyper magarrietta street, she said the new swiping machine in existence cannot take any card anymore Ongly bankcard, I've been using my card all along at the cash crusaders without any problem, also a white lady wcould not get help with visa card, I am very angry by. that
