YourTrimTrainer review: $38.95 was charged from my credit card! 2

Amount of $38.95 was charged from my credit card by YourTrimTrainer and I do not know what for. I have never had any transaction dealings with said company, so what is charge for? I will be reporting same to my credit card company. Who is this party?

I didn't agree to the terms and conditions and it put it through anyway. I will never sign up for any trial offers. I did not push agree to terms and declined to be enrolled, it enrolled me anyway. Was charged 159.00 when the add said 31.80 for two and get three free. Then it charged me 159.00 which is 31.80 a bottle. Scambook.com has many complaints for the same thing. I immediately called to cancel and was told they could not cancel, also called chase bank and all they could do was file a complaint. Company said I would have to return product and pay 5.95 a bottle restocking fee. Don't know why atty. general or consumer protection agency allows these company's to continue to operate like this.

If you bothered to read the" Terms & Conditions" of ordering Garcinia Cambogia on-line, it states;
"YourTrimTrainer Terms:
By ordering this product, you agree to be enrolled in YourTrimTrainer.com.
TRY IT OUT FOR 30 DAYS AT NO CHARGE.
AFTER THE TRIAL EXPIRES, YOU AGREE THAT YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED $9.47 FOR CONTINUED ACCESS TO ALL OF THE TOOLS, SUPPORT AND TRAINING YOURTRIMTRAINER.COM PROVIDES.
YOUR MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP WILL RECUR AT $9.47 EVERY MONTH FROM THE TIME YOUR TRIAL EXPIRES UNTIL YOU CANCEL.
You must call [protected] to cancel your monthly membership."
THE "NOT SO FUNNY PART" OF THESE TERMS IS AS ONE PERSON COMPLAINED, THAT HE CALLED THE PHONE NUMBER LISTED ABOVE, BUT THERE WAS NO ANSWER! I also noted in these terms that in order to return the product one is to phone to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) you must use to return the product to their address. HOWEVER, when you look for the address, it states you must CALL THEM TO OBTAIN IT, BECAUSE THEY WANT TO GATHER THE REASONS FOR YOUR RETURN! THAT WAS MY FIRST CLUE...
Being a lawyer, I have a habit of ALWAYS reading "Terms & Conditions". I was "taken" by the Video Professor to the tune of $79.95/month for ordering their "FREE" CD learning set. They put the charges on a tiny piece of paper INSIDE the box of CD's. After fighting with them and winning, I learned my 87 year-old mother also fell for this scam! So... I had to go after them again.
What is interesting to me is that this site has TONS of guarantees from "BUY SAFE"! I copied their site and am going to pursue them when I get a chance. Their contact site states:

WELL, IF I HAD FALLEN FOR THIS DUPE, I WOULD BE GOING AFTER "TRIM TRAINER" VIA buySAFE!
