Yourscoreandmore.com review: Unauthorized charges

On September 16, 2025, I noticed two unauthorized charges of $1.00 each from “Your Score and More.” I never knowingly signed up for this service, nor was I provided any disclosure or contact information with the charge. After searching online, I located a number (1-800-950-8040) and called.

On September 22, 2025, I discovered an additional charge of $9.94. I immediately called again and selected the cancellation option. The representative informed me that:

Their records show I “did not follow the cancellation procedure.”

The $1.00 charges are “not refundable.”

To request a refund, I would need to complete a form, print it, and either fax or mail it to their office for their “legal team” to review.

This refund process is deliberately burdensome and unreasonable for such small unauthorized charges. At no point did I receive clear notice of any “7-day cancellation” requirement, nor did I knowingly subscribe to or authorize this service.

Concerns:

I do not know who “Your Score and More” is, and I never requested their services.

I was charged without authorization: two $1.00 charges, then $9.94.

The company appears to use confusing and misleading policies to avoid issuing refunds.

I am concerned that this business is obtaining consumers’ payment information and charging accounts without consent.

Resolution Requested:

Refund of all charges ($1.00 + $1.00 + $9.94).

Confirmation that my account is fully canceled and no further charges will occur.

Investigation into this company’s billing practices to prevent consumer harm.
