i order the deluxe magic mesh door screen on April 25th 2012 (What they said was the magic mesh) and i recieve an email saying it was shipping the next day i also paid for rush delivery well it was supposed to take 3 to 5 days so today i went on the web site and noticed they never shipped it But thy took the money off of my mastercard so i called them and they said they did not even have it in stock now i told them i wanted to cancel my order and they tell me i will have to wait till they have time to mail me a check i ask them why they took the money off my card when they knew well in advance they did not have the item also they are still advertising it like they have it. I think these places should be banned from the internet for false advertising and forfraudulanly taking peoples money when they dont have an item they are advertising someone needs to put a stop to this. I want to know why they are still on the same place adverising thingsthey do Not HAVE.

I initially placed my order on 04/15/13 invoice # 618262 Total cost $99.80 "Kink Free Expanding Water Hose 100'(plus 2 free)
2 x $39.95 = $79.90 + s/h $19.95 = $99.80. I was told that it would be approximately 2-3 weeks to ship. I have called and e-mailed them multiple times and each time their answer was it should be 2-3 weeks to shipping the item. I have made request for a specific date and time of the items to be shipped with tracking information and carrier name my most recent call was 05/07/13 wherein I received the same answer 2-3 weeks. I requested to speak to the store manager or owner and all they would say if you do not like it you can cancel. All I can say is the website and it's owners or customer service is terrible and non existence they won't tell if the items are in stock or on order or provide any information on when and if you will ever receive your order they never respond to their e-mail and it is really difficult to get them to answer their phone. As of today(05/07/13) I have cancelled my order effective immediately

I have the same problem, waiting four weeks now for door screen, getting four weeks of runaround . The Wisconsing Department of Agriculture Trade & Consumer Protection should be able to help ( I heard they are very effective). Lets get together and put these refuse out of so-called business.

I TOO ORDERED THE SAME ITEM ON APRIL 8. THEY WASTED NO TIME BILLING MY CREDIT CARD. TWO AND HALF MONTHS LATER I RECEIVED THE INCOMPLETE ORDER. CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSURES THAT THE MISSING ITEMS WILL ARRIVE WITHIN 5 - 7 DAYS. THAT WAS IN LATE JUNE. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS INTERNET STORE. PEOPLE LIKE THEY SHOULD BE REWARDED FOR SUCH INCOMPETENCE.

Walmart sells this product. I wouldn't waste your money on it. the magnets are horrible. I am constantly having to go over and close it. I have only had it two weeks and the magnets are falling apart. And bugs can still get in. Not to mention the slightest breeze and it causes it to open. HORRIBLE product. I wasn't expecting much from this but I was hoping it was a little better than it is.

I also ordered this screen on May 9. My card was charged on 5/11, and nothing has been shipped. Today is 5/24. When I call, they hang up on me. When I email, they do not respond. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
