Yougov complaint letter
Last 4 months ago, I have 5000 points with yougov, india. Now it is showing 0 points. How is it? I want to redeem, but middle of the year, their website modified, now balance points displaying 0. On Yougov, India website, unable to login with my email, password. I am sending this to cyber crimes of India, USA and ESOMAR also. So many messages sent to yougov, India USA through your website, but no one responded till today. Why yougov india playing dirty and cheap tricks on panel members? Why yougov india trying to avoid my redemption?

Why yougov india unnecessarily dragging my problem from the last 4 months?
No supporting staff contacted me till now
