YMA Consulting Cons review: Debit review

A lady called, told me all my information saying she is from government. She asked me to confirm the details she was giving me are mine. I work for government. The included my exact salary, ID number, area code, my bank and monthly installments. She told me I was being overcharged and they could reduce my payments by R2000 rands via my bank. When I went to the bank to make enquiries I was told I am under debt review. I requste Capitec to remove that debit order but they are not interested though I said I am not under any debit review and have no idea how they got my information. Please help me.
