I ordered an Interactive Bear from the US, for the price of $38.98. I paid through PayPal the same day, which was the 25th May 2020. When I received the parcel, it was not as described, and there was no invoice inside, or any contact details, only a shipping label and the above returns address.
I have opened a case with PayPal, for a refund but many customers are being refused any contact from that address.
I have a feeling the companies that are selling these bears on line, mainly through facebook, and there is different prices and details are sketchy to say the least. These interactive bears are going for alot of money on some sights and cheap on others, I think the cheap ones are copies of the originals, and selling for a cheaper price.
I would like a full refund under the sales of goods act 2015, not fit for purpose.
The bear only plays 1 song over and over ` little shark` when you press the right paw.
These unit companies need closing down, as they are very hard to contact if at all, and theybare selling shoddy goods and fakes.
I received glasses to help with eye sight but they weren't what I expected sent back still waiting for refund
I've lost £64 on a tech watch I bought for a friend which came from the US. I didn't see the return info which states, you have to get a return envelope from them or your return in non and void so there goes my £64 and I'm a pensioner. So angry as a lot of return postage paid
( signed recorded delivery).
I returned a pair of trainers on 20th December 2022 by royal mail signed for receipt. You have not acknowledged they were paid for . Please acknowledged.

I entered a promo for a kettle, paid £2 delivery, since then Iv been charged an extra £26.26 & £26.83 so have had to cancel my card and contact my card provider. Obviously Iv had no kettle turn up and then Iv just had a delivery via yodel, sat here for 10 mins like I never ordered this before realising it’s clearly the “kettle”. Googled the return address and came across this page, the company names all seem to be different so they clearly just keep changing it up to keep getting away with it, so annoyed. Just hope I can get my money back now
Same with me no invoice orderd sun ahads but just got 4 bits black cloth this is a crooked compony be wery don't buy enything from them lost 25 pounds should have police go there aren't them all Nd thrown of the selling sight

Depends how you paid for it, PayPal say raise a complaint with the Company you ordered from first, then if not satisfied with the result you want, you can raise a complaint with the payment Company. P.s...I do not believe this "Complaints Board" page is there to answer your questions, it's just the people who post on it.
A Charge mini 3+ arrived today but I didn't order it. Someone will be disappointed though. As it's here, thought I might try it, but concerned about security. Has anyone else received something similar, and did they have any issues
Yes, I received one too which I did not order, though I did place an order for a "pallet" of returned Amazon items, this is clearly a SCAM which I have started the process of trying to get my money back via PayPal. I will be complaining on as many sites as I can after that, including Trading Standards. I have not taken the item out of the box as it will probably need returning.

There are lots of people been scammed with this, mine was via a web page - Necessaryly.com which shows on my PayPal account as - Shenzhen Weimeike Soft Decoration Engineering Co. Ltd ? The email address is - reedwilsonzqc@gmail.com and the address the item was received from - Y&G F2P. Unit 5 Trident Way, Southall. UB2 5LF.
The packaging clearly state the value of the Mini 3+ speaker at £10.98 though I paid £35.97 in total !
The legal advice is to complaint directly to the company requesting a refund first, wait 7 days then report to PayPal for resolution, wait 20 days then follow up with a "claim". I will be also reporting to Trading Standards (though don't hold out much hope of shutting them down).

I ordered and received a hair straightener from this company, the only thing is, it isn't working. So, I emailed them and asked for a refund and an address to return this item. They replied and told me, I have to send it to an address in China and only after it had been received I could have a refund!
I told them, that I paid for this item in the UK and received it from the UK, I refuse to spend the money on postage to China. Surprise, surprise, they didn't get in touch again.
I really don't know, why face book allows this bogus companies to advertise on their site.

You should now be able to claim a refund either via your PayPal account or your bank depending on how you paid for it. I'm just starting this process myself, but one site I did check said that a customer visited Y&G and they are not at the address above, another Co: is using the address.

Same here. Ordered 2 chairs, Today a small opened parcel signed by David and a customs sticker at the back with price of $8 with a set of emoji stickers. Very worrying that they have your name and address .

A parcel arrived today, it was empty with nothing in it but a message to say that the item had been confiscated via customs, with my address on it, I don't know what it was, as I haven't ordered anything, from any where? 4to5 weeks ago, I ordered 50ft of 1/4 i.d. airline hose for my sandblaster gun which I ordered from this company, they have taken my money, but I am still waiting for my air line hose to be delivered. what is the best way to contact them to get my goods sent to me. how much longer will inhave to waite. they already have my details as they sent the sanblaster gun to me which in ordered earlier.
I ordered a car drier cost £34.41 and received a plastic key ring. Company offered me a 10% refund if I wanted to keep it or if I wanted to return it to an an address in China for a full refund. This company needs closed down

I ordered 2 king sized blankets (free shipping) what turned up is 70cm square under no stretch of the imagination is this a king sized blanket it looks nothing like the product on the advert and is totally useless I complained to pay pal couldn’t find the companies email or phone number and they agreed I can have my money back if I return the product to an address in china cheapest cost to do this is £27.55 (paypal may refund me £15 if I do this) but it’s almost what I paid out in the first place

I ordered a GPS tracker for my car. I got the tracker in good time, but found that it did not work. It looks like a counterfeit version. Luckily I bought it through Wish and they refunded my money straightaway. This company needs to be reported to Southall Trading Standards.

I have just received a set of hand protectors to fit on my motor cycle, the product is exactly what I ordered and looks fine, except that the chrome plating on one of the brackets is corroded, as if the plating process has not taken. If used I am sure it will rust when exposed to the elements.
While I have the postal address for this company, I have no e mail or telephone number. Can anyone help?
