Yejd Al Taam Foodstuff Trading Co. LLC, Sharjah review: One container of 26 mts 1121 steam rice

Merchant agreed to purchase an unpaid container of 26 MTs of 1121Steam Basmati Rice sent wide BL No. MAS/MUN11128/JEA/07/24 and amended BL was issued to the subject merchant and a Commercial Invoice No. AT/EXP/53 dated 09.08.20 was given with the undertaking and promise to pay 95% of the invoice on receipt of the Surrendered BL and rest 5% will pay on release of the goods the Rice. The Importing party has not so far paid a single penny to my company. To avoid this payment, the merchant Importer also raise a quality issue and shown a sample taking note by the Dubai Municipality Testing center report of the said test by Dubai Municipality testing Center has not been shown to us, by which we are compelled to presume that the sample taking was a fake paper to avoid the payment to us.
