BUYER BEWARE!

I went to the site to make my purchase of 2 bottles of Yeastrol. Got past the filling in my credit card details but then to proceed to final confirmation, I was presented with two buttons as options:

1) FREE Refill button (if you hover your mouse over it, no information given - note that it says FREE)
2) No Thanks button

I thought wow this is a fantastic promotion - free refills! So I chose the Free Rebill button and soon the web page was processing my order. I was taken to the final confirmation page of my order of 2 bottles.

To my horror I was not only charged for USD52.97 for 2 bottles I ordered but I was also charged for another USD48.14 for the FREE refill! It was supposed to be FREE so why was I charged? To add insult to injury, I have to wait 30 days later in order for me to start ordering the refill and I have to pay additional USD14.95 for the delivery of each refill I request! There was nowhere mentioned on neither the website nor the ordering system that I will be charged for the 'free' stuff I was supposed to get and neither was I informed of additional costs I was liable. (Note: when filling in the credit card details, there's a clause that stated "By submitting my order I agree to the Terms & Conditions" - the terms & conditions was a link but when I click it, nothing appears so I can't read the terms at all). Yeastrol trick their customer in clicking the FREE Refill button, charged you for it, then they tell you that you have been charged and you cannot cancel. By this time, it was too late.

I tried to contact them but they are uncontactable. Instead, their contact page required that I fill in my order details so that they can locate my order. Once they found my order and I got into their system, there was only a limited list of self-help ‘Frequestly Asked Questions & Answers’ all pertaining to their sales terms, that is all sales are final and no cancellation allowed. No billing enquiry allowed unless it is fraud. The answers I got from this page indicated that as soon as my credit card is charged, no refund nor cancellation! The only way to get a refund is to follow these steps:

1) Wait for 30 days from the date of first purchase. Order the refill (supposed to be free) and pay shipping cost of USD14.95 to get it shipped to me.
2) When I received the refill, I need to request a return refund (RMA) from them. I will have to pay shipping cost approximately the same amount of USD14.95 to send back the refill out of my own pocket.
3) In total I would have spent USD48.14 (cost of refill) + USD14.95 (delivery to me for refill) + USD14.95 (ship back to them) = total USD78.04.
4) If I get the refund, I would assume it would be the cost of the refills USD48.14.
5) This means I will still lost USD29.90! Don't forget the time spent/lost in trying to get the product sent back is also of great inconvenience to me.
6) Or I can choose not to order the refill but I will not be refunded. I will lost the USD48.14!
7) No matter which method I choose, I WILL lose money!

Yeastrol is a company that cheats and scams! Whether the product works or not, it is a different matter.
