i have same problem with yao lin.. their new company is yangzhou senotor electric vehicle co.ltd

My Name is Chris Maru,
I am the managing Director of Clarksun Enterprises Ltd from New Zealand, I signed a contract with Johnson ( Lin Yao ) for his Company to send me 6 electric vehicles of different models and to be r/hand drive with New Zealand certification. Now to acquire these vehicles landed in New Zealand my Company paid him 70% of the total cost of those vehicles which was $50, 500 nzd or $252, 500 Yuan or Chinese dollars, only due to having a contract and Johnson assuring me that these vehicles were being made for my market.
I spent 5 years on this project costing me hundreds of thousands for business setup and travelling costs to China, web setup and so on and so forth. He took me to a factory which he said was his but wasn't i found out later.
I can go on and on about this, but at the end of the day he is a liar and a cheat and i would certainly say do not deal with him whether local to China or from International markets.
I have had many contact me from around the world having the same problem. I myself had a website which i put those cars i suppose to of been supplied on there for my own Business plan once i receive them. He had motivated himself to use as a tool to deceive people that he had already supplied me. I will hear from these people if this is what has taken place.
After many emails to him saying i may take legal action and put it out there by ways of my website which was active at the time, he decided to pay me money back but small amounts every month. this has now stopped because due to not having any cars to sell and costs of keeping it active. And because of that i am sure that is the reason he has stopped reimbursing me.
He still owes me roughly $38, 000 nzd $190, 000 Yuan.
I will stop here for now, but for me this is not over as i will be wanting full re-reimbursement plus interest and now since he has stopped paying me I will be wanting all my business cost travelling to China and time wasted in those five years and cost setting up here in New Zealand, He failed to deliver as per our signed Contract.
