Hi there,
I bought in your NORTH YORK location about a week ago a pack of "Sealtest 10% Half & Half cream 473 ml". Next day after opening it got sour and I had to throw it away. When I looked at "Best before" printing, it displays "SE 06 REB 1478 06:08 22A". What does it mean? 06/08/22? Any ways product was overdue and I insist on replacing it plus $100.00 as a moral damage. Your statement does not prove that "This product expires on September 6, 2023". I
insist that "This product expires on September 6, 2022" It's just "your word
against mine". It should be real (material) prove. And I do have it: symbols "22A"
in the end of date code.

To answer your question, the year of production is not mentioned on the product, but rather implied.
It is rather impossible that a product of past years ends up on a retailer's shelves.
Therefore, 23B stands for the filler identification only and not the year. It's a coincidence that it's ‘’23’’.

It doesn’t stand for the year has it only identify the machine the milk or cream was filled on (22A, 23B, 8A, 9B).

Sorry for bothering you, but what means "filler" for "22A". It should be some info in it. I'm IT specialist,
and for fill unused fields we usually use "", or "*", or something like that. I suspect that "22" here
means "Year". Do you agree with me?
