I need your help please.
On 12th November 2022 I purchased an Indoor Bike Trainer (model 591686 ) through Amazon.
The order number was # 026-629 code was [protected]
The trainer has some parts missing, so I have not even used it yet.
on your website it says contact you with some pictures of the missing parts and you can send them to me.
I know it is a fairly long time since I bought the trainer, today is 29/06/2023 and I purchased on 12/11/2022
I have not used the trainer (can't even build it as parts missing) because I have been very ill since purchasing, in and out of hospital.
Thankfully I am now well again and wish to try and get fit/use my Indoor bike trainer.
Could you please send the 4 missing parts to me so that I can build it the trainer and start using.
the part numbers missing are 5,6,7,8 from page 3 of 12 from the assembly Instructions.
the pictures are below of the parts that I have together with a picture of the 4 parts that are missing from the assembly instructions.
Desired outcome: I need the missing parts to build the product so that i can use it. I have still never even used the product as cant build it to use it.
