It's great that I have found xtrade trading platform. First of all it's tough to think of a more reliable broker than this one, since they have been providing mediating services for like a several decades and that is the greatest sing of complete robustness.
On top of that, these guys offer a versatile choice of tradable markets, so one can appeal to his risk tolerance and select assets for trading. Pricing is cool out there, not burdening at all.
Recommendation: Check everything before joining the broker thoroughly.

Coinfx market is a big scam broker, I paid a huge amount of $50,000, They persuaded me, into putting more of my hard earned money with all hope to get profits in return, they won’t allow me to withdrawal my investment. Not a problem with the platform
I am aware that many traders favor the MT platforms, both the MT4 and MT5. I believe that those platforms have solidified their positions in the industry as reliable and dependable. However, I do not write off other trading platforms. Like the xtrade platform here, it presents traders with many advantages that the MTs are limited in providing.
The trading platform is exceedingly quick, and there is a long list of instruments to trade.
Recommendation: The education provided by the broker is quite helpful.

Xtrade fits my needs a lot. I like almost everything that is provided in xtrade including fees and spreads which is very good for every trader. In general there is good leverage and a lot of instruments and you will not get tired of trading if you start to learn about a new asset class or some new instrument. You will have a lot of things to do on that platform which is very fast. Execution is also instant. You can take a look at it. I am not saying that it has no disadvantages but that disadvantages are not important for me.
Recommendation: Just go for it. I am pretty sure that everyone who reads this will like xtrade. It has a lot of pluses and you will understand it when you try xtrade.

Difficulty in withdrawal
I made a request to withdraw from my XTrade account but I did not receive the money till today. The process of withdrawal is rather tedious. First, you make a request form the website, then another 10 days of waiting for approval and supposed to credit the fund to you on the day of approval but I have been waiting for more than 3 weeks. Multiples emails has been sent to the support team but to no avail. They could not provide an official proof of transfer. It has taken longer than expected to respond.
Desired outcome: Please refund.

I ain't gonna lie, I ain't fully checked out Xtrade yet. I'm still workin' on it, ya know? But let me tell ya, it's got some stuff I ain't seen before. I ain't gonna front, I don't get all the features, but I don't need 'em all anyways. Right now, I'm makin' bank on them government bonds. I never traded those before, but I read this article on their site and it got me interested. Now I'm tradin' 'em and makin' some serious cash. But let's be real, bonds alone ain't enough. I'm also tradin' majors and makin' some good profits there too.

Dear all, please take this complaint seriously. I have been toying with the idea of investing some money into xforex.com and playing around with stocks/currencies/commodities. The site seemed legitimate so I signed up to receive a free training package. I got called a day later with a woman asking me for details to set up an account (even though I had put these details in during registration. She explained that in the next 48 hours an professional trader trainer would contact me and walk me through the basics of trading. She asked me how much money I wanted to invest and then passed me off to another man. He immediately asked for my credit card details, on the phone, which I was unwilling to give. I told him as much and he said that the first woman would email me back and that I could give my details via email since I was uncomfortable to do so over the phone, which I would still not accept to do, seeing as there is no securitised or automatic way of doing so. Moreover, they seemed really rushed to get me to sign up so I asked them for some time to go through the documentation and asked them to give me a telephone number that I could contact them on one I had been through the terms and conditions. They were insistent about their legitimacy and how they are regulated until the very end. They never gave me the phone number I requested and instead offered to call me the following week. After that, I got suspicious and decided to read up on Xforex and it seems that many people have been scammed. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I really need help. I never used the website www.finexforex.com, but several weeks ago these jerks started to charge me and took about $200. I noticed it several days ago and called to my bank, but they told me that they couldn’t help. I’m really disappointed and don’t know what to do. I wonder if there are people, who had the same thing. I started a demo account with xforex as per my phone call from someone in singapore called gilbert ho (Sale representative) then he told me that someone else is going to call me to explain to me about xforex, then this guy samuel tan called me from philipines, he explained to me about xforex and told me to use the demo account to learn more about trading on forex, then he said i should deposit 1000$ which will enable me to be trained by one of their staff, i didn't pay this amount because i am not sure yet if i want to do this, but when i checked my citibank credit card i realized that they deducted 100$ and it was shown in my statement of account (Xforex.com442030516305 limassol cy foreign amount u. S. Dollar 100. 00 on 9th of oct) , i don't know why they deducted this amount although i am not trading yet! Are they a bunch of thieves?!

I got a call from xForex from Sydney. They told me that I have registed myself and that they also have my phone number and other contact details. I HAVE NOT REGISTERED AT ALL NOR HAVE I HEARD THE NAME OF THIS COMPANY EARLIER. The lady who called me then asked me if I am interested in a part time trading job with iforex and perhaps I may have registered for the same. This is also totally false. Remove all my details from your database and do not contact me again. If it does not happen I will have to take you up on privacy laws and illegal registration. I am also sending a copy of this mail to Security Exchange Board of India.
To SEBI - xforex is a foreign currency trading website that has registered me for trading without my consent. I suspect they would have done similar practice with a number of other people. Also if you check the internet it is full of complaints against xforex.
Soon after I sent this email I got another mail from xforex saying that they have added $50 to my account and I can start trading. How dumb can people be at that company. I got a call from Name : Megala Devi, who said she is calling from Sydney. Also xforex is registered in Cyprus.
It seems to be a big fraud. Stay away from it.

I decided to contact the admin, but he promised to check and reply within couple of hours. Of course this jerk didn’t reply, no info about money and no idea how to get them back. Respected madam/Sir, I am a retired sergeant from Indian air force after 20 years of service. I was in hand with my service benefits when I came across the falls promises of xforex account manager ( an Indian in Australia) ms Nanacy Nagavkar from Maharashtra. She slowly slowly drained my amount insisting me to deposit amounts and offering 50 % bonuses of deposit. Initially she use to call frequently for deposits and offered some miserable trainings which I never understood. In total I deposited 3100$(USD).Which ever pair I invested it falls down and drained my funds. Even I invested according to their pop-up guidelines. Now I am left with only 30$ and no bonus in my account. After that she never called. The amount accounts to 1.8 lakhs inr which is my hard earned cash for serving the country for 20 years and around 1/3 of my retirement benefits in hand. I have complained several times in there site but nobody replied. Please help me to recover my 20 years benefits in pain and vain.

Refusal that one withdraws deposits
I am also one of the people XFOREX has scammed. Deposited over $1800.00 in total. Lost on their "platform" which glitches and hangs just when important, volatile changes happen in the market. When one tries to close down positions, then you can't - happens with regularity. Lost almost 1700 in this manner... It feels like a loaded dice or a gambling table - the moment the 'house' sees one is making a trade, 'they' trade against you and so you lose what you've gained...
When I decided I wanted to withdraw $325, they opposed the withdrawal by writing to me and saying I shouldn't withdraw. I stated it was my prerogative and that I wanted the money. They then said "OK" but never allowed me to withdraw my funds.
Alleged promised "bonuses" seemed to just 'evaporate' and I found that the money with I had supposedly withdrawn, suddenly made it's way back into my account around times of volatile trading, so that one wasn't aware that you were trading with money you had actually withdrawn!
When I inquired why the funds were never deposited back into my personal account as requested, they claimed they never "received the required paper work" - I do, however, have all correspondence with them and they now claim the senior accounts manager, Judit Kovacz (false name I'm sure) has suddenly "left the company" and no longer works there. Ironically, they take no responsibility for the fact that a so-called "senior" accounts manager, didn't forward the paperwork as they claim and their counter-claim is "BUT YOU TRADED WITH THE MONEY - YOU COULD HAVE STOPPED!" - knowing full-well that I was totally unaware that the requested funds had surreptitiously made its way back into my account just in time for a very volatile trading session, when their platform becomes unreliable and one is very likely to lose every cent you are investing in the "market"
I am feeling the same as all the complaints happened to me too. Currently lost over $3500 in a matter of 2 months from their false tips and advise.

Hi,
This is a complaint I want to file regarding the xforex sales team:
1.) I got a call saying that I just need to deposit 100$ and can start trading.
2.) After depositing 100$ I got an account opened and the person on phone said click on deposit and put 150 and confirm.
3.) I asked him again and again does this mean 150$ are going to get credited from my account to which he replied "NO, it's 62$ bonus"
4.) I did it, which credited 150$ more from my account.
5.) Then another person called and I complaint about it so he said no problem sir, you can just withdraw 150$ + 62$ bonus once you submit
the documents. And during the training he also said you don't set a Stop loss and close trade when you see a profit.
6.) Then YOU (Elana Solomon) called and said the 62$ bonus amount I can get only when I meet the Volume to reach
7.) When I was doing the trading the equity went as low as 30$, so you called and said to close the deals OTHERWISE I will have a lose of
140$, which i eventually did and face any ways a loss of 140$ (That otherwise was so misleading).
7.) When I was explaining this to this respectful lady, she accepted that these sales men are fools (The exact words used by her).
8.) This lady asked me to send a complain letter to her.
9.) I asked how do I track this complaint of whether you are acting on it or not as this would go in you personal mail. And anyways I am going
to close the account (my mistake i believe shouldn't have disclosed this so early).
10.) She said do you want me to initiate a complaint process or not? (She could have politely said, sorry but we don't have such tracking
available yet but all I can do is assure you I will do all possible things I can)
11.) I just asked her to mind her tone

Deposit not returning back
Their customer care executive called and said to deposit 100$ which i transferrred and he disconnected the call. The are not returning my money back. Please ask them to return my 5800/-

Sir/madam, complainant from Philippines. I am a victim also by xforex company. I deposit $250. I tried to withdraw my money but they rejected it many times and i was so frustrated because the women i talked with was a filipino also and she told me that if didn't like the scenario, I could withdraw my money a day after. I want warn people not to join this company because it's a 100% scam and fraud.
Not surrendering my deposit
I deposited an amount of Rs.5000, in xforex trading account and started doing demo trade. The accounts manager, Mr. Aashiq promised me to return the amount, if were not satisfied with the trading. After 2 weeks I heard no response from him. Meanwhile, a foreigner, is asking me submit some documents like debit card xerox, ID proof etc, even if I wanted to close my account. I don't know how to proceed . Pleas help me in this matter.
is xforex is legal in india now in 2012?please tell ..
you can withdraw your money just submit the documents they request and you can get back your money for sure!
There is no Demo . Whatever you make or loose ; the balance ; if any, will be returned after 2 weeks. Send the copy of the credit card with just the last 4 digits exposed. The number on the back also must be hidden.
Victim of Xforex
My name is Ahmed T. Al-Nasserand I was a victim of fraud committed by one of the Forex Companies called XForex (www.xforex.com) as I lost my Capital $12, 000. I believe they are attracting clients in different ways and then causing them loses deliberately through many ways.
In addition, I would like to inform you that I found out a warning from investing with this company called Xforex issued by the AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers) as shown at the following link:

I am writing to you because I came to know that I am not their only victim as they have bad records of such fraud operations. Therefore, I am seeking your assistance and recommendation in how to return my money back.
The details of my Story as follows:
1- First of all, Xforex Staff rushed me to register and open an account with them without considering the importance of reading and understanding the terms & conditions. They also lied about offering the demo account and about providing the professional expert who should guide me step by step and the evaluation prior to using the live account.
*Details Of This Point:
I visited Xforex web site as advised by my relative who traded with them and lost his money later on too because of some similar reasons. In the beginning, I placed my basic information at their website and then I was forwarded to the webpage where it has the terms and conditions and the advice to read it but I closed the webpage without surfing further because I was not fully convinced of this service. After one day I received a call from one of Xforex marketing team called Omar Abu Ataa. When I told him I am hesitated and afraid of losing my capital, he said it is a very profitable business and you shouldn't worry as we have all capabilities to make you a successful trader and he promised me to be given a special training and education using a Demo Account, the help of professional experts staff and evaluation prior to using the live account and he was pushing to convince me to complete my registration with them. As a result, he passed me through the activation process without showing or taking into consideration that the terms and conditions must be read and fully understood by the client. During the activation process I told him I can only trade with $5000 capital but he said try to make additional deposits now to take benefit from the 35% bonus and then you can withdraw it immediately, but don't tell to anyone that I gave you this advice!. Finally, I decided to deposit an initial capital of $10000. Then I received a call from the Account Manager Ms. Nisreen Abo Ahmd and she asked me to log in to my account. However, she made me do some trades through her advices and when I asked her "Is this a demo account we are working in or real?" she neglected the importance of this issue and said don't worry and when I repeated the question later on again she said it's live and no need for a demo account now. So, I was exposed to live trading immediately where I bore lots of loses.
2. The Account Manager gave many false trading advices which caused a major loss in addition to neglecting the need of using stop losses strategy by her.

Another major thing to complain about is the style of trading instructions, and advices I was receiving through the frequent daily calls of my Account Manager. I was requested by her to place mostly high value orders in rush basis with no understanding of the risky cases and their consequences. I believe that there should be only training by their staff in addition to analytical recommendations with warnings that it is my responsibility but not trading advices and that the losses I had as a result of their advices should be their responsibility not mines. However, although most of the trading advices were by telephone buy I have a proof by E-mail. I also sent a complain to her in this regard to take into consideration the type of advices she is asking me to follow.
On the other hand, not using Stop Losses strategy is a big mistake. The Account Manager was always neglecting the need of using Stop Losses Strategies although I requested this many times by telephone and through a previous complain I sent by E-Mail. Stop losses strategy is highly important especially for beginners like me, but she was always preventing me from using it through her trading advices.
3. Postponing and delaying withdrawals deliberately and pushing the client to change his decisions.
* Details Of This Point:
When I started to realize that this market is not suitable for me which happened after I bore $4000 losses, I decided to withdraw all my balance and on 9/06/2011, I made a withdrawal request of $10000. At that time my Account Manager called me trying to change my mind in order cancel the withdrawal request and I confirmed to her that I am sure of that as I found out that this market is not suitable for me. However, their staff postponed my withdrawal request and she called me again to insist in cancelling the withdrawal. I believe that this is an illegal practice from them. Do you think that they have the right to postpone this withdrawal in a way that they push their client to change his mind? Is this legal and can they justify their staff actions to be within the terms and conditions!. As a proof I can provide the withdrawals records and to see that my withdrawal of $10000 was rejected and another one was placed alternatively with an amount of $5000 because of the interference and violations of XFOREX.
4. Late Withdrawals procedures by Xforex leading to tragic consequences.
Details of This Point:
Late Withdrawals caused me further troubles by Xforex. I couldn't fix my margins by depositing additional amounts because of late withdrawals as I ran out of money. I had two withdrawals that were received so late in spite of many follow-ups. One of them was requested on 2/06/2011 and received only on 1/07/2011 approximately one month delay. The other one was requested on 11/06/2011 and received only on 22/06/2011. However, I ran out of margin on 20/06/2011 and absolutely if I was given my withdrawals on time; then I could keep my margin by making an additional deposit.
5- Bad support services and wrong recommendations.
* Details Of This Point:
- As a continuation to the previous point and when I couldn't fix my margin through deposits, I requested the urgent help of Xforex Support Team through the Live Chat and they told me your only solution to fix your margin is by depositing more money which I couldn't afford. I then thought of the case and I came with a conclusion that there was another solution that was missed up by their support team. I was having many EUR/USD and USD/EUR open positions and I could have fixed my margin simply by selling some here and there till I reach to an equivalent point. However, this was not advised by their support team.
- No low margins notices received although my account was classified as VIP and therefore, I believe I should be subjected to this advantage either by mobile or E-mail.
- My account was classified as VIP as my deposits reached to more than $10, 000 but I was not awarded the services of the VIPs because I came to know that I should have been using another downloadable application with more benefits such as discounts in the spreads. I also came to know that my Account Manager has the experience for managing small accounts not VIPs
- Ignorance of Client E-mails: Currently, Xforex is ignoring me totally and not answering my frequent E-mails. In fact, my Account Manager was ignoring me since the date I lost all money which took place on 20/06/2011.
In addition to the mentioned above, one person contacted me through facebook and I knew from him that Xforex made false advertisement of me as a big winner without my knowledge and further acceptance.
I wrote to them complaining about these troubles but they denied most of these facts and they are now ignoring all my replies, follow up E-mails and messages.
I seek for your assistance in judging this company to resolve my problem and return back my money which is $12, 000 as I was cheated all the way by them.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
