everything i say is 100% true and acurate. konami really needs to sue these idiots, they allow harrassers on their sites in wich is illegal. i was attacked verbally by 1 of their members the admin does nothing. in which is illegal. lets see yvd stands for YUGIOH VIRTUAL DUEL, in which is a free ILLEGAL version of a card game. how is this so illegal you say? well in 2005 i think busted upperdeck for making an exact copy of their cards. don't believe me? look it up. konami also has copyrights to their software in which xerocreative refuses to acknowledge. before if anyone post saying you're wrong and a loser let me ask you this. what if i stole your products and made a free thing online. would you appreciate this? no you wouldn't. it's considered illegal what this site is doing and needs to be stopped. i'm considering the ic3 and reporting them to konami.

right their rule #1 look above harassment and do not insult another player playing ability. they also encourage others to break their own rules.
and the ops have no lives whatsoever, they could care less if you were a human being or not. they also try and start fights with you, and do the worse jobs of doing their ACTUAL JOB, and allow harassment, cyber bullies, and threats on their site, as proven above. they also encourage others to break their own rules. i hope they get shut down.

As I said before (even though this is way old), contacting us at our email address is the best way to report things. If you have PROOF and are civil about your complaints or comments, they will be listened to.

this kid may be a little off with some of this but he has a point. the staff at xerocreative only do their job when they want to. the staff themselves will flame and attack you then ban you from their site when you defend your self. they use their staff privileges as a tool to bother/offend/hurt other users its truly sad how much they abuse their power on a stupid little chat site.
Couldn't have put it better myself Kaibasshadow. Yugioh Wikia uses higher quality images then we do, but they're still running. Get to learn the copyright laws THEN you can threaten to get Konami to sue us.
joe6425 im thinking you are at least 13 years old with no real concept of law. You also went about taking care of the "harassment" the wrong way. You don't talk with the owner, not to mention you didn't prove that there was any harassment going on at all, only the fact that you [censor]ed at one of the admins over nothing. Do you honestly think with the amount of time YVD has been out Konami didn't know? They do know, and XC has gone through all the proper channels to make sure they did not violate any terms with Konami. The biggest of them being the reason why its FREE. As long as XC is not making money off of the program Konami can't do anything because no copyrighted materials are being used other than vague images. With that being said had the images been a problem the Yugioh Wikia would not be up. Use your brain and keep your mouth shut your ignorance is polluting the internet just like the other ###s.

As one of the primary administrators on this website, I can say for sure that this complaint is not valid. As with any community on the Internet, there are bound to be a few "bad apples", so to speak, and those people may insult or harass others. These people are often promptly dealt with (if possible).
Also, do your research before saying things. Konami does not have a problem with YVD, or else it would have been shut down ages ago. Why? Because we provide a FREE service that actually helps them make money. We don't use any of their content except the card's text (which is obviously needed); images are obtained as being "low-quality", which is accepted for terms of fair use.
If you feel like you have been abused in any sort of way and can be "civil" about the complaint, you know where to find us.
