I purchased a 2011 Toyota Camry August 2021. The first week I had the car it would randomly shut off. Thought the problem was fixed by replacing an alternator. Randomly the car would still shut down while driving. Also the oil would have to be changed every 2000 miles. The engine would make loud noises when it started up. There was no oil leaking from anywhere. The shop that I've been taking the car to since financing couldn't figure out why the car was doing this. March of 2023 the car starts shouting down more frequently than before to the point that I could not get it to start. Took the car to the same auto shop and the mechanic said something internal with the engine is going on. Called Wynn and they told the mechanic to take the engine out. The mechanic took the engine out and noticed metal shavings in the oil. Wynns inspector came out and said that wasn't enough to prove the engine was bad and told the mechanic to take out all the rest of the compatible parts to the engine. Now I have a frustrated mechanic who has gone above and beyond to get the car fixed. Wynn is saying they need to see more. The mechanic said he shower then everything and doesn't know why they are playing with him and me. He cannot take the engine piece by piece apart. The Mechanic also said they want me to pay all work being done to the car. In the meantime the car is sitting with no engine and credit acceptance says I still have to make payments regardless.

Desired outcome: The car to be fixed. Or the company can drop my payments and take the car back. Basically the car is totaled. They don't want to fix it I shouldn't have to pay for a lemon.
