www.sitefix.us – The company failed to finish the project and didn't respond to emails

I searched for the company, which would be able to make the project for me within 10 days. The company www.sitefix.us agreed to make the project and they said that 7 days would be enough. When the deadline came, they never called me or told that they have finished the project. I tried to reschedule the project and emailed them 3 times, but the staff avoided me all the time.
