www.herbspro.comThey are not refunding my $105 CAD - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & STEALING MY MONEY

Poor Customer Service...they would not apply the $5.95 USA towards my order that I was applicable... I emailed them before placing the order to ensure it is applied and I emailed them after on Dec. 24/11; otherwise to cancel my order as I could not find the area the Special Offer Code should go. So, they replied back saying the only applied $2.50 (in my email I told them if the don't apply the $5.95 to please cancel). To this date (Jan. 5/12) they still have not refunded me and keep replying back to all my since that in the next 24hours my order will be cancelled! Very very poort Customer Service and too expensive as I found another company that has 100% ratings from customer reviews - that are much cheaper especially in the shipping cost). Herbspro cheapest shipping cost is $26 + some insruance for $2 and this other company it cost me $10 total for shipping!!! Watch out for Herbspro they are not refunding me. I am confident my bank will get all my monies back, but it takes up to 10 business days. Herbspro does not realized, but what they are doing...they just lost $1, 000s and $1, 000s of dollars from me and from all the people I normally would refer.

It say's they are located in CALIFORNIA, but I don't believe it! Maybe, they are...could be a drop point form them though. Anyway, I am utterly disappointed and will keep you posted and let you know when my bank final retrieves my money.

They have facebook and twitter...send them a message - tell them you know what type of bad business they are! And of course you can not leave any comments on their facebook...I will again advertise and pay to let everyone know how they conduct thier business.

They say they will get back to you within 24 hours, but they don't!!! This happened so many times since Dec. 24th!!!

    Don't even bother going into this website, the worst customer service and stocking!! no communication, leave you wondering where your package is for weeks!!
