This outfit is a total scam and not affiliated with FTD. They just promise to call you back the next day and of course never do!

I saw the FTD emblem and fell for the rip-off. FTD should go after them for trademark infringement and lying.

My girlfriend ordered me flowers from this bogus site too! She called 3 times took her information to look into it and never returned calls. I never received my flowers and they charged her card $70 something dollars! They won't rienburse they money so now she has to dispute the charges with the bank and cancel her card since they probably stole her information to use elsewhere. When speaking to these crooks on the phone she asked if they person on the line was physically in american and the response was I can not tell you that! This is no American company! Do not purchase from this company they charge your card without getting you flowers! Stick with an American company

This company is a total scam after not receiving my order i called the number listed in the email it was busy most of the day, I eventually had someone answer and they proceeded to give me the same excuse as others got about being an answering service. I gave all the information asked for and never got called back even though it was before the close of buisness. Called back and spoke to someone who wanted to do the same thing eventually i spoke to "Alex" who fed me the same line yet wanted me to call back the same number the next day saying i would only get their service if the line was busy..right im calling an 800# route to the florist closest to me and my delivery total lie. I then get into it with Alex and he proceeds to let me know my card was charged and they have my money. Beware everyone they are scam artist operating out of the country!

Scam! Scam! Scam! This company needs to be shut down! I fell for the same as the above victims. I called the company twice to fix the problem and they gave me the run around. I have now reported them to my credit card company and to the true FTD company. I am in disbelief that I fell for this scam. But they are falsely representing themselves and unfortunately did a good job of doing so. So if you have found your self on this complaint board, as I did, don't waste another minute with this fake company. Call your credit card and let them investigate the issue. Hopefully these horrible people will be stopped!

I too have been "taken"... flowers were not delivered to my friend. I was charged $60.00. Called twice now and have emailed 6x. I get no answers and no response to emails. Wow. I will call my credit card company and report them.

Also ordered on valentines day from this company and never received them. I've left multiple messages with those call centers and never heard back. I'm taking legal action. I have a screen shot of my receipt and the charge is on my account. I don't care if it costs more than my flowers, this is no longer about my refund, this is about the principal. This sham company has obviously gotten away with it way too much.

I just ordered flowers for my Mother for Valentine's Day on the 12th, to be delivered on the 14th. Same problems as listed above - 2 calls to a call center with messages left; 1 email; and 3 days later, but no response from the company. It's very suspicious to me that they use a call center and there is no way to directly access the company. I tried both 800 an d617 extensions only to get the same Call Center; with a different person each time taking messages, so I guess the 'Alex' mentioned about has quit. Perhaps this business does better locally - I don't live in MA so I don't know for sure; but to me, if you're going to say you're FTD affiliated, you have to expect customers will hold you to the same standard. If, as a company, you can't do that, drop the affiliation and update your website. I will be contacting my bank now and having them reverse the charge; i also have left a bbb compaint and will probably visit other boards to get the message out that his company is bunk.

This Company is a sham. They outsource their customer service calls to India among other places. I ordered for delivery the saem day and everytime I called customer service, someone in an answering service called and all they would do is tell me someone would call me. nobody called. I went online and found this complaint board while I was on the phone with the answering service and my heart sank. I told the lady I was speaking with that I just found a complaint board indicating that this outfit was a scam and she just said, "Oh, Im sorry to hear that... I take calls for many different companies". STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I tried to send flowers to a friend home with illness. The flowers were never sent even though someone called to ask if a later delivery could be acceptable! I said it was ok, but they never sent them. Now I see what kind of trouble I am in with a company like this. Flowers are to brighten one's day, but getting tangled up with folks like this takes the pleasure out of the experience. This Alex guy will most certainly be contacting me soon to tell me how he will fix this. Hopefully this will be resolved, but from the looks of things from this site, I doubt it.

I had the same thing happen to me. I called the company four different times, and every time they just took my information and said someone who can help me will call me back immediately, and nobody ever did. Also, as soon as I bought the flowers, it was immediately charged to my credit card, and there was no electronic receipt or anything. My credit card account is the only proof that I have bought the flowers.

We had the same problem, ordered flowers a week in advance and they were never delivered. The phone number listed claims to be and answering service and they have no information. Very poor customer service. I was very surprised to hear that any one on this board ever actually received a delivery. I suspect that post was as bogus as this business. We have since reported this site to the BBB, our credit card company as well as the FTD corporate offices. My advice...buy local.

ftdfloristsonline.com is a definite scam. both of the numbers posted above are fake, you just get an endless loop of hold music and no one actually picks up. i ordered valentine's day flowers two weeks in advance, they never showed up. despite calling multiple times today, i never got to speak to a representative. i was charged the full fee of $69.98, of course, and i'm not expecting to get any of that back. WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T TRUST FTDFLORISTSONLINE.COM IT IS A SCAM.

I just had the same problem - ordered flowers last night (1/15/2013) for delivery today (1/16/13). Just before 7pm tonight I had not heard from the recipient that they were delivered, so I called [protected] and spoke to Abby, who could not tell me anything about the order. She said she is located out of the country and is just an answering service. I offered to give my order # and confirm # so she could check the status and she said she had no access to any of that info. She could not tell me who the florist was or any other data that I could use to check for myself. The delivery was for the death of a relative of my friend, and that's what I wanted the flowers delivered today and order them the night before. I got an email confirmation last night, but no subsequent communication that there was any problem so that I could make arrangements elsewhere. "Abby" also told me she would use her "software tool" to message someone in the USA to call me ASAP, but it's now 7:50pm, almost an hour, and I have gotten no call, no email. I contacted my credit card company and they said the charge is pending. So upsetting, I feel like I was scammed. I thought this was the same company as FTD.

Well, we have the same problem, we're out of the country and placed two orders to surprise our daughter on her Birthday, but the surprise was for us because the flowers weren't delivered! We have sent mail to all the address they mention on this post but still no answer.
We also call their toll free number, but they answer on India and can't help us.

Alex, I am beyond frustrated with you. I emailed support@flowers.ms and florist@ftdimail.com on June 3rd at 8:01 PM (CST). You specifically mentioned in your above post on this discussion board that I should write support@flowers.ms and so I did just that. I also included florist@ftdimail.com because that is the email address that I got my order confirmation from and I have seen you have also referenced that email address too (above). I then emailed these two same email addresses again on June 6th at 9:28 PM (CST) as I still had not heard from you. Now you tell me that I need to write a different email address: alex@flowers.ms. This is ridiculous! Are you not able to manage your email accounts or what? How many email accounts do you have?

Listen, I am going to email all three of these email addresses again - in the next few minutes - I will forward on the original email again - this is the third time (and LAST TIME) I am doing this. The email I am sending you has my name, address, etc. It has all the information you could possibly need about the order I originally placed for flowers, so that you can do an investigation on why they were not delivered. This is insanity, Alex. I'm through with this.

I am not coming back to this board for any further updates until/unless I get a personal email reply from you. For those of you who may come to this board in the future you can clearly see how hard I have tried to get a hold of this company. If this is the last you hear from me it would be safe to expect that the company never did get in touch with me to resolve this problem. I have better things to do with my time then keep sending multiple emails to a company who claims to not be getting my emails. I have done my part. I will only come back here with an update if there has been a resolution to this problem. I am out. Last one out of here, turn out the lights. And if you choose to deal with this company, go for it. Knock yourself out. You can see how much fun I have had here!

Just to go on the record here, Alex, I did oblige you here and I emailed you all the information you could've possibly required for an investigation here - I sent it to you 1 business week ago. You've promised people on this very board that you reply back within 24 hours. So, I'm curious why you have not replied yet?

I will happily come back to this board and update the situation when there has been a conclusion but your actions are speaking louder than words. I really don't have to say much anymore. You didn't deliver my flowers and now you've blown me off for a week after I gave you the information you needed to perform your investigation. Doesn't sound to me as if you treat complaints very seriously.

You don't get it. When I pay for flowers I expect them to be delivered. I was out of the country and it was a one shot deal. I was trying to surprise my wife. I am now home and the company blew the one opportunity they had. You obviously are biased toward this company because I've looked online and found literally dozens of complaints about this company specifically relating to non-delivery. Doesn't that tell you something? Listen, I didn't go crying to my credit card company. I just wanted my damn money back. And, I did try to call the company and the phone number said not in service (that was the number given on the confirmation email). I love how you are trying to turn this around on me. The company owes ME a damn phone call explaining why they didn't deliver the order. Let's not get the order switched around on that. No sympathy for them now. Sometimes that's the way it works in the business world. You know what they say about first impressions. This company blew it on their first impression with me and I will not use them again. Too bad, too sad.

@JRJB

It seems to me as though you never gave this company an opportunity to correct their mistake. Well let me tell you something. I had a very similar experience to yours. But instead of crying to my credit card company, I called them to ask what was causing the delay. They apologized to me profusely and delivered almost double what I had paid for! When I asked why they didn't call me, I was told that my phone call alerted them to the problem. Now I admit, I came here with intention of venting some steam and filing a complaint, but when I saw the flowers that were delivered, I felt that the problem was more than rectified. Just like with anything in life, some times you have to call and ask what the heck is going on! It really paid off for me when I did.

I just had the same experience in dealing with this company last week. I ordered flowers on Thursday and immediately got an email confirmation stating my flowers would be delivered the very next day. I have the email to prove it. The flowers never showed up on Friday, the next day. There weren't any phonecalls placed to either me (the sender) or my wife (the recipient). Of course they were happy to still bill my credit card though as if they had delivered the flowers. I'll tell you how you deal with these people. You simply call up your credit card company and tell them to go after the company. They will give you your money back because the merchant did not deliver what they promised. I will never deal with any company that has FTD in the name from now on. In fact, from now on, since so many companies seem to be incompetent in this regard I'll deliver my own damn flowers myself.

I ordered flowers, they were never delivered, and took out the charge. The phone # was totally Bonk. I emailed twice telling them about starting an investigation, in which 6 days later from purchase they did not ever once respond back, but they did credit the money back. FTD green and black logo is what got me too. They are not a real company...SCAM! Cambridge Maus FTD is what is will be listed as charge on your card...BEWARE!
