I wish I could give no stars. They drag their feet when it comes to uploading information for profiles. I uploaded four photos three weeks ago and they are yet to be added to my brother's page. At this point we want a refund. DO NOT USE THEM!

I emailed them about tech diDifficulties and they responded within 24 hours and I appreciate that and they also helped me post what I needed to post to help my love one get his post up. These days and times where honesty is rare. It is nice to know that some people are still being honest.

Yesterday November 13 I've Paid $10 dollars to add an extra picture to my cousins write a prisioner profile account and I didn't see the picture added to his profile. And an extra $10 dollars to add a few more words into his write a prisioner account and I didn't see the extra text on the profile neither I need help in resolving this issue or is there any way I can get a refund back if the issue can't be resolved

Information and a money order for service was sent through the mail in JUNE for a profile for my incarcerated brother. They claim to know nothing. My incarcerated brother sent credentials via mail from the facility he's at, for a profile to be made for him. I sent a $60 money order through the mail for him for the requested payment for service. I've contacted write a prisoner 3 times within a few weeks, they claim to still have none of his information or money order for service.

I contacted this company regarding my loved one being listed in the wrong state and they still have not fixed the issue. My loved one *** aka *** is listed on the site as being in Florida. The company created his page. He is located in Pennsylvania. I paid for a subscription for this profile and they have not followed through on properly updating his State so he can be found in a search properly. He has received no correspondence because of the sites not following through on fixing the issue.

My Son's profile has wrong information and I had to pay twice to create another profile and still waiting for the update , three months and counting. My son is serving time at Snake River Correctional, we created a profile for him twice and paid for it twice, it took them 2 and half month to post it, and when they did on 7/19 it had the wrong information, I have been trying to add new pictures online , I paid for it and still not updated, I spent over $200.00 and they still got it wrong. On May 6 I purchased a pen pal profile for inmate *** DOC *** in Monroe Washington. As of today, June 21, he has not received any contact from write a prisoner.com to complete his profile set up. on april 16th i was trying to set up a account for my brother on writeaprisoner.com who is incarcerated. after entering details about him i was brought to the page to pay for it after entering his doc number i was told he had a account from a previous incarceration and i could not make another account but i could renew his old one. One for $50 dollars which was sent on 06/10 and 09/13 for $65 the controlling number on both of those checks are my SBI # XXXXXXD. I hope this situation can be resolved as quick as possible as I was excited to join this website. Unfortunately, I have been waiting for over 4 months to hear something back.
