I want to complain that freelancer.com had closed my account since 3 months ago. the reason was offsitting. Freelancer team mentioned that you was doing offsiting. Basically I want to mention important point here which is we don't have any way to communicate with client on call before project award and accepted which is completely illogical reason that why you are communicating with client outside the platform even though I requested many time to freelancer team to provide anyway to communicate with client before project award and accept. I requested many times to freelancer to reopen my account to start work on it. I was having funds in my account and 1 year membership. The fee was paid upfront for whole year to freelancer. Upwork is also freelancing platform they are providing a way to communicate on call with client before starting work on project. They have integration with zoom which is good communication way.
I want to request freelancer.com team to integrate any platform or 3rd party services for calling and reopen my freelancer account to start work on it. I was worked and started work on freelancer.com in 2015.
