Purchased two items from their website on 12/1/21 that were stated to be "in stock." One of the items was on backorder but they didn't tell me that until I called 6 days after I paid for the items. They told me one of the items would be in at the end of December and that meant that I would not get it until possibly next year so I cancelled the order. Rather than giving me a full refund they issued me a partial refund and charged me a fee. I contacted them and after 3 or 4 emails gave me a [censored] story that didn't make any sense. I am writing to warn others of this establishment's terrible business practices of misrepresenting their stock and when they make a mistake charging the purchaser for it.
I recommend buying elsewhere!

One of the owners contacted me after I filled a complaint with the local better business bureau and apologized. He also asked me to revise my feed back. Seems like the owners don't know what their staff is doing. I still would never patronize their business ever again.

Ordered part 1/28/23. 2/7/23 and still no shipping info. Starting to worry

Wish I would have researched and found this earlier. I'm experiencing the same. Only much longer time frame. Have been repeatedly lied to. Won't ship or provide tracking number. Hope I can get my money back. Paid almost $2000. to them EIGHT weeks ago and have recieved nothing at all of my order.
