World Shob review: Not validating return information

I bought to pieces of clothing costing 63.00 unfortunately I needed to return for a larger size I inquired about return address and procedure. My reply from them was send them $40.00 and they would send larger size as a return would take over a month to fulfill Which meant the items would now be over $100.00 They offered return on their website as long as all was in tack which it was They were never worn They suggested I keep original items and give them as gifts and second reply was to send them $30.00 for larger size Why didn't they just give me the return address and let me choose to send them back at my expense What if I send them the additional money and those items were incorrect Please advise as I believe this is fraudulent since they dud offer return Place if purchase was a clothing store called WORLD SHOB Please help with this issue I was willing to accept an exchange but I was not paying any more money Why did they not give me return address Thank you in advance.
