Woon Wee Yuen & Partners review: delay in returning security documents

We act for Shining Realty Sdn bhd who is the successful bidder of the property atUnit Nos. C-G-05, C-01-05 and C-02-05, Sunway Nexis, No. 1, Jalan PJU 5/1, Kota Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
The Purchase Price of the Property was settled 24/02/2017 when the payment was delivered to bank's solicitors, Messrs. Kington Tan Dzul.
Despite numerous reminders, we understand from the said solicitors that till todate, the security documents are not available for collection.
We urge the bank to look into the cause of delay as our client, Shining Realty Sdn Bhd intends to lodge a formal complaint to bank negara if there is no response from the bank.
