Their after sales service is bad. Even thought they allow 3 replacements in 6 months, but the replacements came in late and their attitude for after sales customer is bad! The agent fees is not worth the price as they didn't price good after sales service. Meaning if you are having issue with the maid you hired, they didn't provide any supports. The replacement didn't handle well after I paid another amount for the processing fees!

Bad experience. They are dishonest and push the blame to either us customers or the overseas agent. Even when we found out that they have been lying and tried to overcharge us for nothing, they still did not own up to their mistakes and tried to cover up, not an apology at all. Service attitude is bad and have big ego. Worst kind of agency to engage.
