On 4.1.2022, I received a bill from Women's Health Care Group for an appointment that I had already cancelled back in June of 2021. The reason for the cancellation was that our family was relocating to Maryland.
They claim I didn't show up for the appointment on 02.21.22. I called several times to explain the situation but the office personnel are hard to reach. I have left messages that were unreturned.
Desired outcome: I would like the office to cancel the $50 bill they have sent, Re account number 205007
