hi, am jose an ex employee of WNS Global Services. I want to make you all aware of the harrassment of terminated employees by the hands of WNS employers. The company rule states you have to give a 2 months notice period before leaving the company. However, if your are being terminated there is no logical way this rule can be applied to employees. But the company has its own way of taking "revenge' on terminated employees ..:
1) They terminate employees without prior intimation
2) They with held thier months salary
3) They slap a legal notice for a sum of 5-6 times your months salary for not able to give a proper notice (ridicilous for terminated employees)
4) Absloute no help frm the managers or TLs in this case
In total its a big mess causing mental harrassment and agony in the employees mind..because your not only being terminated ..you are asked to pay a sum 5 times your months salary for nothing.
IT is so absurd that a company like WNS has to resort to such means equal to robbing money from its employees. I hope someone takes this into consideration as I am subject to such harrassment and agony by WNS.
