WLY*MyTimeRewards review: Unknown

An unauthorised sum of money £15.00 per month has been taken from my Halifax bank account by this company. First date taken 5th March 2021 and each month there after. I have spoken to my bank and say help can be given as its easy to fall for a scam but to contact you first. A subscription was not taken out by myself as I would not be have been beneficial to me at all. I have had no communication reference from WLY or any other contact details what so ever. No authority has been given by myself to take a monthly sum of £15.00 out of my bank account. I hold no information about this service what so ever and wish to make a complaint and wish for a full refund of all money taken. My Halifax bank is a division of Scotland plc is authorised by the prudential regulation authority and regulated by the Financial conduct authority. I do hope this can be resolved with out having to taking it any further.
