We had 4 windows installed in June of 2025 and I wrote a praising review concerning the product and installation. Recently a trim strip running the full length along the bottom of the window came loose and is bowing. I sent an email with a picture to customer service asking if they could fix this problem. I also called them, but after 3 weeks we have not received a response. I called and left a voice mail with the General Manager Greg Ramel but have not heard back. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend Window Concepts because of this.

Recommendation: Beware. Customer service does not exist.
