September 1st is his trial date for 6 counts of securities fraud. He is still finding new investors and not disclosing that he is on probation with Arapahoe County.

I believe he is under 6 federal charges for federal fraud I heard a rumor and checked it out myself! Please people don't believe this guy!
Other "companies" to watch out for also known as to be "owned" by the big fat liar know reffered to as TBFL, are Milk Money Graphics, RiLi Solutions, Trick Technologies, Aggregate Supply & Automated Placement aka (ASAP). God knows how he can keep creating new businesses and screwing people, taking their money and savings and not going to jail! One of his "investors" has lost his entire retirement savings to this disgusting human being.

That is exactly right! Check his criminal record! His new company "Trick Technologies" is exactly that a TRICK to take people's money. He did the same thing with his last "business", tricked a whole bunch of people based on forged contracts and bogus AR agings.
