We had a bad experience booking tickets through this company. They sent confirmation and took money, yet when we arrived at the airport they had mis ticketed our flight. The airline spent hours with us trying to help us get rebooked including trying to contact this company. Wholesale traveler promied they would pick up the tab to reimburse the extra costs we incurred althoughthis would not make up for the hours we spent at the airport and having to lose a day and a half of our holiday. On our returnt they ignored our calls we went through ASTA and they ignored them too and they never reimbursed us for our loss. They refuse responsiblity to the consumer for their mistakes. I would not recommend them after the frustration of our experience.

The website says 'agents on duty now to take calls', but I have called many times and sent emails inquiring about a flight I would like to book. When calling, I am left on hold for 15 mins, then disconnected. No responses to emails. Don't bother w/ this company. It's prudent to believe they are not on the 'up and up'.

Thanks to this site, and to all who warn us about Whole Traveler. I would have fallen into their trap if not for this site. Charley in Leyte

I booked a ticket today and regret it.Trying to get a partial refund on the ticket, they record you after they give you bull on the extra charges & fees. I will never call again.Stuck into a ticket thats been booked already & confirmed ...could have paid less online after all . Hope you take advice from everyone else & not call.Don;t get sucked into the cheaper advertised quotes.
Stick with expedia or some one more reputable.

this is the worst company i have ever delt with ! dont have the time to list the lies but must mention this. if they offer you a coupon do not accept they will not honor it they told me the sales person who gave me the coupon was fired for forging coupons and stealing money. i think the whole company forges and steals do not use them.!

yes this company really terrible hope thye will lose business and their agent are rude it pissed me off when i talk to 1 of the agent he is really rude, ...

I am having the exact same problem with them right now. They gave us a wrong date for our returning flight. I have been emailing and calling them for a week now to change it. They keep ignoring you and then when you finally get thru to them they make promises that they WIL NOT keep. They made us sign a agreement form before we received the itinerary. When I received the itinerary it had the wrong date. When I called to speak with a manager, he was too rude for words to describe. He insulted me by calling me a liar several times and was yelling on top his lungs. I asked for his upper management information and he simply said "I am not giving it to you" and hung up. There is a $300 fee for cancellati0n plus airline consolidation fees even if they made the mistake! I have proof for all this and theydidn't want to even hear about it. I am not one of those people that write reviews EVER, but this company is the worst that you can imagine, I just had to tell people about it. Please do not, DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THEM! I can guarantee you that you will regret it.

I just called the company and was offered a price twice what I saw on their website. They claimed it was for taxes. I chose not to go with theis company after the reviews and the price that had doubled.

This company is awful. It was a mistake for me to use them. They cost me more money than I could have purchased tickets for on line then added extra fees after they quoted me. Do not use this company. They also go by the names of WAYTOFLY and WHOLESALE TRAVEL.

I am trying to possibly go through the just because they have an extremly cheap ticket to Italy. I feel though, that they are too cheap, and possibly a scam. Did you feel like they were a scam at all? Because you bought tickets with them, but never got them, and had to re-purchase tickets at the airport? A complete scam then I would assume, right?
