I have been going to Whataburger for over 30 years and not one complaint or problem at any of the locations i have been to. (except one) ! The address of this location is 143 s.I-35 New Braunfels Tx 78130. For the past 3 years that i have lived here in New Braunfels i have gone to this location and figured it is just a off day or something along that nature. But everytime something is wrong with the order or its not what i ordered, you really need to send Quality Control to this location since they cant make a hamburger like the rest of your locations. These hamburgers are flooded with mustard the tomatoes taste like they have been sitting out for days along with everything else they put on them. Service Sucks and the place is usually filthy.
I refuse to go to this location, it is pathetic. I love Whataburger but some how i dont think anything will be done about this since i seen over 300 complaint and only 2 are resolved. Hope yall can terminate everyone that works there and start over to get this under control. Thank You Mike
