WFX Utility review: Missing bolt no instructions or operation manual

received at my door from the delivery person, a High Quality Ultra Thin Hydraulic Jack in a battered box. Inside was the jack and a small " Y " shaped plate with a hole in it. No bolt to secure it and no instructions or operation manual. This product was ordered on Wed. June 28, 2023 @ 7:43 am EDT. Order #[protected] [ not clear on print out ] It was received approx. 2:30 pm Sat.July 1, 2023
