I've been trying to reach Wescom for months since the end/middle of September. I finally was able to reach them, and they weren't helping. The situation that happened was my card was Stolen/Lost, and that all the money had been used. It had about 200 or 300 dollars on it. I tried calling every person that answered hung up, or just wasn't helping me. So, I emailed them through the credit card place. They said, "they were sending me a new card with my pin". Never received it. When I went to the credit card place, I Accidently hit the "active my card" button. So, I had closed it back because I didn't receive my card. So, I had to get a code sent either to my phone, my email, or a call. I did it, put the code in. Everything was fine. Then I get on a day later it did the same thing. So, I did everything again. I tried calling again, nothing was working. So, I sent a messaging asking them to help me out because I didn't want to drive out there. Then I get off waited about 42 hours/two days. I tried going in my account, and they closed it. Tried logging in 3 times, tried calling about 3 times. Nothing worked.

Desired outcome: I want my goddamn money back, my new card, my new pin. I don't want to have to go up there and make a scene.
