Werner Ladders review: Attic Ladder S2208 werner does not provide replacement for there products

I purchased a WERNER Ladder Hinges broke ribetes broke on the first section of the ladder fell apart

I contacted Werner and said that They did not replace hinges or had them available that I Had to buy a replacement Ladder I spoke to Home Depot and they sent me to werner I am upset that I invest on a ladder that is supposed to last and be safe instead it falls apart when climbing and that these company's don't care for customer service big time fail

I will not ever conduct business with them ever and do not recommend them Quality is not good
