Took home a very sweet puppy, but the dog goes to the bathroom where she sleeps, which is against their nature and am having a terrible time potty training. She does not let you see where she keeps the puppies. The mother Sassy is being bred everytime she goes into heat. This will be her third litter and she is not even 2 years old. THIS IS NOT A RESPONSIBLE BREEDER.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Please remove this post. My sister has passed away and it is upsetting to see this on the internet. Wendy loved her dogs and took the best care of them. She was not a bad breeder she just sold to a BAD BUYER that was looking for trouble.

We Purchased our AKC registered Norwich Terrier from Ms. Pandy Leh.
She was very conscientious and we visited our beloved Harper the day after she was born ( could not touch her) but accomodations were off the kitchen were she was with Mom and her two brothers.
You will not find a more knowledgeable and caring breeder of Norwich Terriers- her family has been breeding them for over 20 years.
Our pup is 4 1/2 months, completely housebroken, and although this our first Norwich, I cannot imagine us ever adding another dog that was what not her breed. Best Dog breed, in our experience. I would recommend Wendy to anyone looking for a Norwich.
Very satisfied! We purchased a puppy in December 2012 from Wendy Pandy-Leh. He is as sweet as his mother Sassy. We had a wonderful experience. We entered the home and met all of the puppies and their mother. We saw where they were kept and Wendy was professional. Our puppy is now 5 months old, he was easy to train, and has a great personality.
Wow! I'm very sorry you had problems. When I sold you the puppy I both told you AND put in writing that if you had ANY problems please let me know and I'd be glad to help out. If I was not a responsible breeder I would not have done that! Also you really should get your facts straight, Sassey is now 3 yrs old, she has come into heat 5 time and been bred 3 times. Her heath and well being is VERY important to me since she is my family pet! I truley don't understand where you go the idea that I would not tell you where the dogs were kept since Sassey sleeps in our bed room with us and the puppies are kept in a room off our kitchen which is the main part of out home. We would have shown you the puppies in the kitchen and completed the paperwork involving the sale of the puppy, the room they stay in is EASILY seen! I'm sorry to hear you had such a problem house training your carin and I truley hope thing have worked out. Fell free to contact me if there is anything I can do to help!
