I thought that Delaware was the only state not getting paid from Wellcheck. Now I find out it's nationwide! This company is a disgrace and Jack Tawil the CEO is a pig. I have called, emailed and faxed Wellcheck so many times! No one every replys. I am lucky as a nurse that I have a full time job. But, many who worked the clinics were out of work. Looking for some income for at least 2 months. If they were not making enough money all they had to do was contact there employees, pay for the time they spent at the clinics. What bothers me even more then not getting paid, is that they have all my personal information. Since they are not honest, what will they do with my information? I am also afraid! WHO KNOWS IF THE VACCINE I ADMINISTERED WAS EVEN REAL!
I also worked for WellCheck as a nurse from 08/23/2010 thru 10/2010 every weekend in Orlando at the Florida Mall and was sent once to Jacksonville The Avenues mall to cover another nurse's clinic.
I also was never paid for any of my days worked at the clinics in the malls. I was working to get extra money for my daughter's prom expenses. I even had to rent a car to go to the Jacksonville mall clinic and was told to submit the charges for reimbursement. Never paid!😡😡😡😡
Does anyone know if a class action suite was submitted for us?
i have been waiting for 850 .00 from welcheck. which they promised me and i have not seen one dime. i used my own gas money to get there, they used me. i did the job and was never paid. i have submitted a wrongful ny labor and wage. i gave them 30 hour of my free service and gas to get to my destination. i am not giving up on this. i live in clark pa 90 miles from the sight they sent me. ross park mall in pittsburgh pa. 30 hours. and one day they sent me there and no currier showed up with the cooler. i am so mad i want my money. pamela clapper psclapper@verizon.net
