An employee driving in a Wegener Asphalt Paving company work truck was looking down at his phone and caused a multi car accident. My car was the last to be hit and I am 0% liable and the employee from Wegener Asphalt Paving was 100% liable. They refuse to pay for the full repair to get my car back to the way it was before the accident.
The areas that were damaged were the rear bumper and trunk lid areas.

Desired outcome: My car is special to me, it has been a 12 year project customizing it that keeps me busy. As a person on the Spectrum I find this unfair and being taken advantage of. All I want is the full amount of the repair.
