I booked an online transfer through “airportstaxitransfers.com” on 16 September 2025 from Pegasos World Hotel (Manavgat) to Antalya Airport. We were a party of four—my wife, our two children (aged 12 and 11), and myself.

We checked out of the hotel at 07:00 sharp and waited at the designated time and location, but no vehicle arrived. I returned to the reception desk, and the staff made multiple attempts to call the emergency numbers listed above, but no one answered. I also received no message or call from the driver while we were waiting.

After waiting 35 minutes with no sign of the taxi, we were forced to arrange another vehicle at the last minute. This delay caused us to miss our flight home and incur the cost of new airline tickets (I can provide documentation from my travel agency if required).
