WebCreationUK Ltd review: Web site development

THE DECEPTION
I had enquired about a web site being developed for me with Web creation UK ltd
Dealing with a certain Time Rees who was given details of what I was looking for in a web site,   providing various sketches and details to him also asking was everything developed in house this was confirmed as being YES  by Tim Rees and that He and the team at Web creations are very excited about building the web site. 
I then paid webcreationUK late September a sum of £1650.00 being 50% of the cost quoted, this payment was made with no strings attached whatsoever. on webcreationuk invoice number 111290 paid September 2020 with no terms attached NO penalty, OF NO REFUNDING anywhere is contained within the invoice.
As thing moved along after the payment receiving any replies from Tim Rees became stranded in that reminders always having to be sent in order to get a reply.
In order for the site development to proceed, they needed a contract signed before doing anything whatsoever, so far they have not provided anything at all.
I had informed  Tim Rees that before any development of the web site and in regards to the home page we would need to speak and revise the idea of the home page. 
With the payment of having been made over 3 months prior, there were no strings attached.  now over 3 months later and wanted the site started,   the contract was signed. on January and confirmed signed by webcreationuk on the 2nd of January.2021
Having signed the contract there was no word from Tim Rees and Webcreationuk, it needed to be chased up with them. 

I then received a mail from a certain Ms Kattie Seals informing me that she is my projects leader and a certain Hemant Sardana was to be the developer, can she have a time to call me,   I gave her a time of 09.39 am her response was rather a curt response in that she did not make calls so early. (signs of little in the way of client respect).

I gave her a later time and also mentioned that hopefully, Hemant Sardana will not have the problem of making early calls. This was meet again with a curt response in that I would need to speak with her. (Alarm Bells are Ring).
I had also asked as I knew nothing of this Hemant Sardana,    so I had asked for some references  of his work so that I could see them before any call from her,  
I then received from Ms Seals,   Not the requested reference samples of his work but a piece of what can be described as complete and utter rubbish which was being tried to pass off as a home page of the website, not only did it not represent anything whatsoever that I had previously discussed with Tim Rees. it was absolute rubbish something that school some kid put in the bin having been told not to make a mess.
And here it must be noted that (1) I had already informed Tim Rees that before anything we would need to speak and revise the idea of the home page.  and (2)  no details of any home page was asked or requested to be put together and what was sent would be hard to believe that anyone would send out such rubbish.. and I CERTAINLY DID NOT REQUEST ANYTHING IN REGARDS TO MAKING UP A HOME PAGE , Tim Rees had been told long ago we would need to  speak and revise before anything so if they made it its their mistake
I also received some images from Hemant Sardana of websites being passed off as being the work of webcreationuk and their development by himthere were no links given to these so-called websites,   on further investigations, I  had found that Not only was Hemant Sardana   an employee of WebcreationUK as it was made out to look with WebreationUK  facilitating the deception by providing Hemant Sardana with an email address of Webcreationuk so as to make it look as if you are dealing with Hemant Sardana as an employee of Web creation UK  in Trowbridge. Cheshire  UK, but No far from it Hemant Sardaba lives in India with his wife and two kids and is not an employee of Web creationUK. 
I then found out that a company in India  carries out the web developments for WebcreationUK in India  and that  company sent me a message informing me that WebcrrationUK outsourced  ALLtheir work to them. 
I then find also a number of people who also have been deceived by WebcreationUk and been entangled in their web of deception and have paid the ultimate price of losing their money which they paid to WebcreationUk. the stories of what happens are repetitive over and over.. Here the alarm bells started? to Ring and Ring Loudly  I informed Ms Seals on the 7th of January 2021 that I would not be continuing anything/business with them any further,   and to return my payment. 
With this Ms, Seals said she would talk with her boss and get back to me. however, she did not and? had to be chased. I then received a mail from a certain Brett Higgins as if nothing informing? me that he would be the project leader. He was reminded? and informed that there was no longer any project and to respect my decision  and to return my money
He too then disappears and needs to be chased up. In short, his pushy response is you either carry on with the project or lose your moneyyou will not get any refund
Again he is requested to respect my decision again the same pushy response  continue with the project or lose your money 
you will get no refund and sighting a contract as their protector
Here it must be noted  and stressed that the payment was made separately on a webcreationuk ltd  invoice number 1112090 that carried NO  terms of any payments being none refundable .. The contract was given 3 months after payment was paid.
 A certain Peter Fitchen   comes on next with the same pushy continue or else loss your money there will be no refund with the addition  that webcreationUK are very confident that they would win any court action   
If pressing on the contract as the protector there is 14-day protection by law that during the  14 day period it can be cancelled without losing. my advise to all at WebcreationUK was well within the 14 days 
Then we have to see how WebcreationUk obtained the business which was by deception. deception and obtaining money or services by deception are not covered and protected by any contract,. deception is a criminal act.
The contract also gives if and development or resources are given by webcreationsUk and what did they?

Well in my case they have actually provided absolutely nothing Zero other than the leads that exposed their deception. 
Anyone who is a victim of WebcreationUk and would like all the details of the Indian.companies etc can be obtained from myself on request. 
I hereby call upon  the directors and employees of Webcreationukto refund my fees in full £1650.00 without further delay
