Web Hosting review: Unethical and dishonest business practices

This company is a fraud. Do not use them for hosting are website development. My relationship started badly from day 1. I paid to have them develop a "custom" flash site...custom in that it would be developed from scratch...a one of a kind site. I paid them $1, 000.00 to start the process. I got my first mock up and to my surprise, they provide a FLASH TEMPLATE that I could purchase for $69.00. Oh, they did not realize that I knew that and they admitted that they lied to me to try and get $1, 000.00 for a $69.00 template without having to do any custom development. I have the emails to prove. They also lied about the hosting account. Specifically they said I would receive an unlimited bandwidth account...after signing up I get a hosting contract that states 100MB...another lie. Now, I am in the process of moving my website to another host and it should be propogated this weekend. However, they are telling me that they will not refund me the money I paid for months I do not use...but they cannot produce any legal document that states that there are not refunds for unused hosting if you decide to move your website.

This company is unscrupulous and I highly recommend you do not engage them. They are in the business of bating and switching and they will lie, cheat and steal. Fair warning...but if you do not believe me...look at the Internet which is replete with complaints about this company. They even establish websites to give them self good reviews and you can see that the site is hosted by 123triad. They are unethical and a fraud...I can say that without impunity because I have the documented proof and they know they lied and cheated me by trying to sell me a custom flash developed site using a publically available template. They know they are cheats and liars and they cannot claim libel or slander because they know that I have documented proof of their unethical business practices.
