Over the last month or so, my one-time transfers from my way2go card to my new Chime banking account keep bouncing back as per my attached back-up below). I have tried many different numbers to get a hold of a real human to help me, but I keep reaching the same automated message, which only gives me the same numbers to punch. None of the pre-recorded numbers address my issue. I had the same problem when I tried to re-set my password. It never came through to my email (or junk mail). I was able to correct the log-in using by changing my browser to Edge (from Chrome).
The transfer issue is very frustrating and is causing me low and no funds. I don't understand how this company stays in business.
Desired outcome: I need a human from Way2Go to contact me to find out what the problem is with my transfers.
